Shipping & Ordering
SHIPPING:
Each mailbox is painted upon order, so please allow 7 to 14 days for
shipment. The shipping cost for mailboxes and posts are $15 each item. We
ship them via UPS ground or FedEx ground which takes 3-7 days for
delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships. We use lots
of packing peanuts to be sure your mailbox arrives in perfect condition.
Sorry, we do not offer rush service.
ORDERING:
The easiest way to place and pay for an order is to use our shopping
cart but please feel free to call in your order if you do not
want to use the shopping cart. Choose the method that you are most
comfortable with.
 We
accept all major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN
EXPRESS.
You may use the shopping cart to place your order and enter your credit
card information on our secure server . We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology to encrypt orders, ensuring that the order information will not
be intercepted in transit. The information is encrypted on your computer,
sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure
server. It cannot be read in transit.
 You
may call in your order to us along with your credit card information. Call
877-838-6366 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time
Monday-Saturday.
