Policies:
GUARANTEE: We stand behind our
mailboxes and will cheerfully refund money for any mailbox a customer is
not satisfied with. However, if your item has been customized with a
door number then we need to charge you a 20% restocking fee. Return
shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is
damaged or a mistake was made by us. Before returning a mailbox, please
call or email for a return authorization number. Packages returned
without this number cannot be accepted. All claims for missing, damaged,
or defective mailboxes must be made within 10 working days of receiving
them. Mailboxes returned will be credited to your account if in saleable
condition.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your personal information is safeguarded: it will not be
used for spamming, and will not be passed on to any third party.
